1. Who we are. My88DayJobs.com (“the Platform”, “we”) is a rural job discovery platform in Australia. We connect Working Holiday Visa holders (subclasses 417 and 462) with regional employers. We are NOT an employer, a recruitment agency or registered migration agents (MARA).
2. Using the service. By creating an account you accept these terms. You must be over 18 and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
3. Listings and ABN verification. We verify that each employer's ABN exists and is active on the Australian Business Register at the time of publishing. That verification is NOT a guarantee of working conditions, pay or employer conduct. Always verify conditions directly before accepting a job or travelling.
4. Premium subscription. Premium access is charged in advance ($8 AUD/week or a $19 AUD 88 Pass for 3 months) through an external payment processor with end-to-end encryption; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel the weekly plan anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. The 88 Pass is a one-off payment and does not renew.
5. Informational content. The guides, calculator and tracker are good-faith informational tools. They are not migration or legal advice. The only official source about your visa is the Department of Home Affairs (immi.homeaffairs.gov.au). Rules can change; always confirm with the official source before making decisions.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we are not liable for losses arising from the employment relationship between workers and employers, visa decisions, or outdated information posted by third parties.
7. Conduct. Posting fake listings, charging workers for hiring, scraping the Platform or reselling Premium access is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
