Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect. Account: name, email and password (encrypted). Optional profile: phone and country. Usage: saved listings, work periods logged in the tracker and your plan. Payments: processed by an external payment processor; we never see or store your card details. Employers: business name, ABN, address and listing contact details.
2. What we use it for. To run your account, show your saved farms and day progress, process your subscription, answer support queries and send transactional emails (account confirmation, password recovery, receipts). We don't sell your data or send spam.
3. Where it's stored. All your account data (profile, plan, saved listings and tracker) is stored in your account, in our database, so it's there on any device you sign in from. The only exception is device preferences (like language), which stay in your browser. Infrastructure providers may host data outside Australia under contractual safeguards.
4. Who we share it with. Only the infrastructure providers needed to operate (database and authentication, hosting, payment processing and transactional email). Employer listing contact details are public to users according to their plan; worker data is never shown to third parties.
5. Your rights. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data from your dashboard. If you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (e.g. billing).
6. Retention and security. We keep data while your account is active. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted system access. No system is 100% bulletproof: if we detect an incident affecting you, we will notify you under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
